  • The infrastructure across the two firms is being consolidated as part of the AD Migration Program umbrella.
  • The Windows Migration is part of the overall AD Migration Program. AD migration includes migration to Office 365
  • This Windows Migration project will migrate all Legacy desktop and laptop images to standard merged Windows Image.
  • The Windows migration project was required to be completed by May 2017.
  • Migration pilot completed in September with 41 users, rollout for North America started in November.
  • Each site has fixed date(s) for the migration. SLA requires completion of each site per as specified to meet the overall timelines.
  • The migration in each site comprises of build & floor walk.
  • Users will either have their existing laptops migrated in place (OS alone upgraded) or they will get ‘New to You’ laptops.
