Human Resources Selection Tool (HRST) is a state-of-the-art dynamic system – a tool for identifying talented human resources to fit the job, whether contingent or permanent. The product scores and tracks the Human Resources within the database and provides for complex media exchange, such as audio and video within the candidate’s profile. Every resource entered in the system goes through a unique qualifying criterion.
The system validates resource credentials at 3 levels:
- At the preliminary level it validates against internal inconsistencies, provides a resume score based on overall background including experience and overall expertise.
- At the secondary level, competency and overall personality is assessed.
- At the tertiary level relevancy to specific position and demographics are assessed. The system allows a unique and creative way of expertise to be highlighted through audio video presentation.
The system is much more than other conventional corporate or internet based static systems. Because it works dynamically it tracks resources within the database by auto deployed methodology.
